Our process begins with a detailed breakdown of each sample’s taste profile, identifying the specific sensory attributes, such as intensity of bitterness, initial taste, aftertaste, or astringency, that may cause patient aversiveness.

Based on these findings, we are able to work with you to develop a tailored formulation strategy designed to minimise aversive taste attributes. These may include excipient selection, flavour optimisation, sweetener pairing, polymer coatings, barrier technologies, or novel dosage form design.
